    This is to provide space to slide printed menu pages into the menu cover pocket.

PLEASE NOTE:
Stiffening sheets usually NOT needed for Great Menu Covers because we use 10 ga rigid PVC clear sheets for sewn menu styles, and 16 ga clear vinyl for all clear heat-welded edge menu covers. Stiffening sheets are useful if you are printing menu pages on standard lightweight copy paper, or need stiffening sheets for other brands of menu covers made with flexible materials.
